We offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request an exchange or full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be in its original, unworn condition.
• Original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and security tags must remain intact.
• Personalised or custom-engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Reverse Pickup & Refund Process

Our logistics partner will arrange an insured doorstep pickup. Once the parcel arrives at our Jaipur atelier and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days to your original payment method.
